We ship via the U.S. Postal Service and Fed Ex. We try to ship all orders within 1-3 business days; many orders are shipped the same day as received. Special orders and out of stock items will be shipped as soon as we receive the goods. Out of stock Hammond items are usually shipped about one week after the order is placed.
Customers are responsible for all Customs duties and associated fees. Angela Instruments is not
involved
whatsoever
in the collection of these duties and fees. If you have
questions
about Customs duties and associated fees contact Customs officials in your area or your local Postal officials.
Please note that the "Estimate Shipping" box on the Check Out page only accepts USA zip codes. For international orders just put the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart and continue to the check out page where you enter your name, address, phone number etc. After you have filled out that page your shipping charge will appear.
All items shipped via U.S. Postal Service "Small Packets" First Class International are shipped strictly at the customer's risk. We assume no responsibility for transit time, and cannot provide any guarantee of delivery. We offer this option as a low-cost alternative for small, low value items. If you have any doubts that your item will get to you, opt for a quicker, more secure option, such as U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or Express Mail service.
Orders must be shipped to the Billing Address of the Customer.
