We do not accept returns of non-defective merchandise. No returns of resistors,
capacitors, wire, tube sockets, guitar
parts, amplifier parts, speakers, transformers, tubes, printed
matter, or any other merchandise described on our
web site catalog pages as non-returnable. All
new and N.O.S. tubes are guaranteed against failure for thirty
days
from shipping date. We do not guarantee our tubes against electrical or
mechanical abuse, breakage, microphonicity, "noise", failure to meet
testing/matching
standards on any equipment other than our own, 'lack of a happy
springtime
sound', anxiety provoking 'blue glow'
sightings
or any other conditions we decide are outside the scope of our limited
warranty. We offer replacement or refund, our choice, if a tube
fails
in normal service excluding abuse. Customers are
responsible for all
shipping
charges, including returns. To return goods contact us for a Return
Authorization
number. No returns will be accepted without our RA# on the box.
