Hotter than stock balanced output with beautiful vintage tone! If you're looking for the sound of a great late '50s-early '60s Strat with a bit more output and more bass response from the bridge pickup this is the Fralin Pickup for you. The Fralin Base Plate is factory installed on this bridge pickup giving you 10% more bass without affecting the mids or highs. Construction features include period authentic orange Formvar magnet wire, Late '50s style hand beveled staggered Alnico V magnets, black fibreboard coil forms, wax potting to reduce microphonics and cloth covered output leads. Approximate ohm reading for this pickup is 6.8K. Lindy's custom made aged white pickup cover and good mounting hardware is included.
