Fender USA '70s Bass Tuner Headstock Bushings, Set of Four
Set of four GENUINE FENDER USA '70s Headstock Bushings for Precision Bass, Jazz Bass, etc. Lovely nickel plated steel. Exactly the same 'press fit' splined bushings are found on zillions of '70s Precision Basses, Jazz Basses, etc. These fit the old "Fender" stamped full sized bass tuning machines EXACTLY. Nice part for restoration jobs! These measure approx. 7/8" diameter at the top lip, approx. 21/32" diameter at the bottom splined end that press fits into the headstock. Don't even think about drilling out a headstock for these unless you're an ace at machining wood. Best installed by boring an undersized pilot hole and then opening up gradually to final size with a tapered cello peghead reamer.
