Champ, Vibro Champ, Bronco and other small single-ended amps using one 6V6GT, 6BQ5, 6AQ5 and other tubes. Actually, this one KICKS ASS with a single 6L6GC, 5881 etc. too. Rated at 10 watts, wound optimally for a single 8 ohm speaker but works fine into anything between 3-16 ohms. These NEW genuine Fender transformers fit the original mounting centers (2.375") in most old Champs but they're taller (approx. 2.25" tall) than the originals. They feature the same 'open frame' construction found on '50s-'60s models; check out that funky cardboard and waxed paper bobbin! Try this iron in your old Champ or other small single ended guitar amp; you may notice better bass and a cleaner, louder more full bodied sound.
