Please Note that we are strictly mail order, we do not have a walk in retail location.  Our hours are from 10 AM to 4PM East Coast Time, Monday through Friday. 

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service and Fed Ex. We try to ship orders within 1-3 business days; many orders are shipped the same day as received. Special orders and out of stock items will be shipped as soon as we receive the goods.  Out of stock Hammond items are usually shipped about one week after the order is placed. Out of stock Lindy Fralin pickups can take from 1-6 weeks to ship.  We recommend Fed Ex Home for heavy or bulky orders such as transformers and chassis and also for valuable items.  Small and light items are usually best via USPS.  On the "Estimate Shipping" box you can check both Fed Ex and USPS rates in the drop down menu if you have a USA zip code.

If you need something in a hurry you can choose Fed Ex Next Day or Express Mail options but it is best to call first to find out if the item you want is in stock.

Please note that the "Estimate Shipping" box on the Check Out page only accepts USA zip codes.  For international orders just put the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart and continue to the check out page where you enter your name, address, phone number etc.  After you have filled out that page your shipping options and charges will appear on the next page.

You do not need to open an account with a password to order from us, you can always check out and order as a Guest. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.  If you would like to pay with a Money Order just put the items you want in your cart and proceed with checkout, after you have chosen your shipping option you can print out the order and mail it to us with a Money Order for the total of goods plus shipping.  We do not accept checks.
