Manufactured for the U.S. Government in the old Sylvania plant in Emporium, Pennsylvania. Classic 'black plate' power tube; the American sound. Clean ample top flash gettering, very nicely constructed. Black phenolic base stamped in blue "JAN 6V6TGT Philips ECG USA". Fine choice for most new and old Fender single ended amps using one 6V6GT output tube.
