I cracked one of these open and unrolled it; it's good old crinkly Mylar film with aluminum foil plates. Tinned radial leads. Designed to be adaptable to circuits requiring axial leads; simply bend the pliable tinned leads as needed. Brown epoxy dipped body resists high temperature and humidity. Probably '70s vintage. Genuine Fender Part Number 014152 was stamped on the ancient bin we pulled these from. I measured a sample and I got .763" long, .371" tall and .289" deep. Leads measured 1.609" long. No manufacturer mark but these sure look like MADE IN USA to me. Plus or minus 10% tolerance.
